Tunnel type parts washing machine

These systems are fully automated, use heated aqueous solution and usually consist of a conveyor that moves the item to be cleaned from one end to another tunnel to another. In the closed tunnel there may be sections for washing, rinsing, drying or any combination of these stations.

The materials placed directly on the conveyor belt or by basket come to the discharge platform through spray washing, spray rinsing, air blowing and drying units with adjustable belt speed.

Continuous feeding can be done continuously by feeding manually or by conveyor. Washing process; Nozzles are designed so that every point of the materials can be scanned.

Surface cleaning can be done in desired quality by adjusting the washing pressures, nozzle placement shapes and processes according to every kind of oil, sawdust and residue.
